Stabilize and strengthen your core, work on building your abs, increase leg strength and definition. Improve overall health! We utilize exercises that are based on physical therapy, Dance, and traditional yoga to fuse together elements that benefit everyBODY! You’ll leave this class feeling relaxed and clear-headed & ready to take on the rest of your day.
Stretch, strengthen, Shape, de-stress, have Fun! & Relax to sounds of Top 40, Jazz …Rhythmic New Age music.
Donations to the studio are welcome but not required. We’d love to have you in class regardless of your budget : )
